Individual Registration
This registration type is for people that are not part of a large institution and will not be able to take advantage of the Institutional Registration. DO NOT REGISTER for the conference if you are not sure whether you are included in your Institution's Registration list - the ANZSSA office will manage this process of registration.
Institutional Registration
Institutions can engage with their members in an innovate way by "attending" the conference together. We have made available a special registration fee for institutions, allowing you to bring your members together, in one place, to connect, network and exchange ideas. Read on to find out how you can take advantage of this offer.
1. Let us know who will be attending. Once you have registered your institution, simply:
1. Invite members of your institution to the conference
2. Create a list of those who wish to attend. Please use this template to list each delegate from your institution.
3. You can send your attendance list through in stages, as your staff confirm your attendance with you.
4. Send the list to conference@anzssa.com by no later than Monday 14 November 2022.
5. No changes to this list can be made after Monday 28 November 2022.
2. How many people to invite?
When inviting members of your institution to the conference, please keep in mind that your Institutional Registration has a maximum capacity of 50 individuals. If you want to include more than 50 individuals, you can either purchase a second Institutional Registration (and invite an addition 50 staff), or purchase Individual Registrations.
3. What happens next?
All members you within your institution that are attending the conference will be registered in the system by ANZSSA staff - they DO NOT REGISTER THEMSELVES. They will then receive a personal link to access the online conference platform, allowing everyone watch the conference live together, whilst still being able to watch their own desired sessions individually.
