Directors of Student Services Australia and New Zealand (DOSSANZ)
The Directors of Student Services Australia and New Zealand (DOSSANZ) is a network of senior-level managers responsible for leading student service and support policies and operations in tertiary education.
This network provides an opportunity for members to collaborate, learn from each other, and discuss sector-wide issues.
ANZSSA institutional members can nominate up to two representatives per institution to participate in the DOSSANZ network. If you wish to update or add your institution’s representatives, please email their name, email address, and job role to admin@anzssa.com.
Online Zoom meetings are held on the second Monday of each month. To suggest a topic for discussion at the network, please email admin@anzssa.com.

Griffith University hosted the DOSSANZ network at its Gold Coast campus in February. The in-person event was attended by more than 30 senior leaders from Australia and New Zealand, representing 22 tertiary institutions. The discussions were rich and insightful, covering topics such as Support for Students Policy, addressing gender-based violence and leading complex operations to support student success now and into the future.
